dream analysis

in my dream last nite, i crawl under a flight of stairs to see if there was enough storage room under them for a rectangle box. apparently i got upset at something that caused customers to complain and made 2 of my managers (one of which was actually a teacher from high school - the other was my actual manager) come give me lectures. one manager (the teacher) gave me a a scolding in front of customers. the other manager came in to my section at work to tell me that he understood why i gotten upset but my behaviour was unacceptable. this caused me to cry and i walked over to the bar (yes, there was a fully stocked bar in the middle of my work, the kind you see in old english taverns, with the wood panelling) and sit on a black bar stool cradling my drink and crying.
when my shift was over i walked down a ramp to leave. an old friend was walking up the ramp with his nely shaved head, saw me, but when he was i was crying, ignored me. i went to subway to get lunch and ran in to the person who made me upset and caused me to yell out the bad words that upse the customers. he was with another co-worker and a friend of his. the other co-worker was being nice trying to distract me from talking to this person, but his friends was just creepy. while i was trying to aplogise to the person, his friend leaned in clse to me and said that he was fascinated by the way metal pierces through skin (meaning my earrings)

i strongly believe that dreams are meaningful, but what the hell is that about? how do you analyse something like that?
